upgrade from 2.8.28 to 2.9.42 ??

Has anyone had any problems with upgrading to 2.9.42 from 2.8.28?
I have to upgrade a tower thats a good ways away so I just don’t want to see things go tits up after I hit reboot.

Any thoughts?

Well it worked ok! the bridges are still there and the IPs and routes are all good.
The system was a rb230 with SRC pcmcia and Senao200mW pcmcia in a bridge for the APs and then a SR5 for the backhaul. I also had simple queues that are all there and working fine.

Now I need to see if this will work on a wrap board. Or maybe I will replace the wrap with a rb532r5.

note : all configuration remains the same when you upgrade

I recently upgraded from v2.8.26 to v2.9.26 and then over to 2.9.42 a week later, remotely. This was on RB230 APs. I had no trouble doing it and I don’t foresee any trouble.
