Upgrade from 2.9.6 to 2.9.19 after downgrade

I just bought two RB532A 64MB with mikrotik 2.9.18 already installed and licence Level 4 -upgradable till Jun 2007.
I have made a downgrade to 2.9.6.
Now I’ m trying to upgrade it to 2.9.19.
I have uploaded the “routeros-rb500-2.9.19.npk” to RB.
When I reboot the RB, it freezes for at least 45 minutes and I have to power off and on to have it runing the 2.9.6 version.
Can someone pls give advice on this problem.

try netinstall, you can download it from the webpage. here is a little help:
