Upgrade from 3.10 necessary?

I recently bought a MicroTik RouterBoard. It runs RouterOS 3.1. The router works fine for me, and I’m not interested in upgrading unless there is a good reason. I wonder if there are any important security patches after 3.10 that I need to have?
