Upgrade from 3.10 to 3.30 Drops Bandwidth?

I’ve upgraded RB133 from v3.10 to v3.30 with firmware 2.18. I’ve checked all the settings, and they are all intact. The CPU usage is about the same average 8% just setting and during bandwidth test to speedtest.net it goes up to 30%. But noticed during bandwidth test, it’s slowed by 26%.

Is RB133 CPU not fast enough to handle v3.30?
I’m considering RB333 upgrade from 3.30 to 4.2, anyone noticed any performance decrease?

My RB750 with 4.1 more faster and reliable than 450G 3.30. Not tested with 450G 4.1, but… Also i need basic inet sharing RB750 can handle more than effectively, and 450G comes to more heavy loaded tasks
