after trying to upgrade our CCR every effort is useless, even after reset it’s not able to boot correctly,

Have you tried a netinstall to get them back up and running. Sounds like you may have a corrupted image upload or bad flash.
I pressed download&update button in winbox,
If one wants to make carrier class router it should be updating without problems, it was core router, another router which was updated now says “arp table full increase size” and it has only 5 mac-addresses in ip arp and is in router mode.
this devices can’t be called something near serious, updated ros in every few weeks? it’s not good, but without updates it is not working for the job it is needed to, then another thing breaks,
is mikrotik management thinking about doing this process in correct way?
