Upgrade hap ac2 from v6.49.17 to v7

I’m having issues with updating one of my hap ac2 (the other has been running v7.16.1 and it was upgraded using the automatic download & install).

However, now the automatic installation fails due to broken packages and not enough space for upgrade error.

When I tried manually uploading e.g 7.11.2 (inspired by this topic), or 7.16.1 (working correctly on my other hap ac2) I only get the not enough space for upgrade error:

How do I solve this?

netinstall

Yup.
Something is consuming internal space.
Only way out = netinstall.

Read changelog and update first to 6.49.19, they fix upgrade for multiple packages.
