Upgrade Quectel EG12-EA firmware in Chateau LTE12

Hi!
Today i just got a Chateau LTE12 and I upgraded it with ros 7beta08.
When i try to update the modem firmware i found there is a new version (EG12EAPAR01A06M4G) but after the download i get an error that it can’t upgrade the firmware.
What i have to check?

LTE didn’t work for me but it worked in 3G and with this he downloaded and updated the modem so try or want an external connection

i have EG12EAPAR01A06M4G version but same problem…only 3G…on LTE i have connection but NO DNS from provider.

i try to add manual dns but not working
