Upgrade RB133 from 2.9.46 to 4.10 - problem

Hello,

I have a RB133 with routeros 2.9.46. I need to upgrade to routeros 4.10. I have upgrade the Bootloader. I have dragged the package in the file list by Winbox, and I have rebooted the RB, as usual. But the routeros isn’t upgraded.
Can anyone help me?

Upgrade in smaller steps, the license key format changed. Go to 3.30, then 4.10.
