Upgrade RB433 v3.14-v4.14 router does not have any valid key

We have RB 433 v3.14 (buy Juni 2009) never upgrade before
Today we try to Upgrade to 4.14, but we got message like this :

ROUTER HAS NO SOFTWARE KEY

Your router does not have any valid key.
Please, get valid key from www.mikrotik.com
and enter it at “System | License”.
If you already have paid for this license, please,
press “Update Key” in “License Window”
Router will stop functioning after 23h and 40m if no valid key is entered.
Current installation “software ID”: GJ7W-xxxx

  1. We Try to update License from Winbox, alway fail.
  2. We will try https://www.mikrotik.com/client/index.php?ecom=request_keys (Can we repair with this URL?)
  3. But Now we can’t access website : www.mikrotik.com ?

how did you update the software - via netinstall, ftp oder winbox ?

i use *.npk file with Webbox.

I downgrade to v3.30 and my License Level 4 back ..

Upgradepath:
Update to 3.30
Update License Key
Update to 4.x

Without loosing the License..
