Upgrade RB532 from 2.9.38 to latest stable v3.7

hello all,

I have RB 532 boards installed at customer premises..
i have old ,default 2.9.38 versions. now i see that RB 500 series has stable V3.7
i have 2 questions

  1. do i need to go step by step upgrade from 2.9.38 to 3.3 then 3.7..??
  2. is it safe to upgrade my RB via IP address using drag n drop method as suggested by wiki,??..(http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Upgrading_RouterOS)

make “/export file=conf” file before you do it, to save config just in case
