I have RB1100AHx4. I install Router OS 6, version 6.49.19 (long-term). I use RB1100AHx4 for campus. Should i upgrade to Router OS 7, version 7.20.8 (long-term) or version 7.22.1 (stable)? What do you suggest?

IF IT WORKS, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING.
If you want to tinker, use another spare device and once you're sure it works, replace the old one.

If it was up to administrators we would still be using Windows XP, calling with Nokia 1100 and driving Honda Civic
Would that necessarily be bad?
Well, I am actually accessing this board with XP (32 bit), on an old PC with 4 GB of RAM.
I don't seem to have any advantage when using instead a Windows11 (64 bit) on a stupidly more powerful new machine with 16 GB.
Better the smell than the stink
