Upgrade RouterOS from v5.26 to v6.12

I have a MikroTik RouterOS 5.26 on RB493G with a level 5 licence upgradeble to v7x. On Mikrotik download page there is a upgrade package from v5.26 to v6.12.
If I do upgrade RouterOS from v5.26 to v6.12, will I lose my configuration?

I upgrade from 5.26 to 6.10 in x86 and have no problem.

I upgraded all my RB450G from 5.26 to 6.12 and they’re working fine with the exception that one which wasn’t connected to the network, opening the OSPF window crashed winbox until I reset the config.

If you have queue trees you may need to change from global-in/out to global.

Thanks for your replies Aveyer and mousa1983. I have now upgraded to version 6.12 and everything went fine. All settings were left untouched.
