Upgrade SwOS from 2.7p to 2.12 in one go?

I just got a new crs328-4s+, and am using the SwOS. Current installed version is 2.7p (Dec 15 2017)!!

I have the file to take it to 2.12.

  1. is it possible to do that upgrade in one jump ?
  2. Will it reboot back into swos
  3. Maintain the configuration?

But in my experience:

  • add 1) Upgrade directly from 2.7p to 2.12 - Yes
  • add 2) If configured properly - Yes
  • add 3) Always backuping config - Yes

Note: When a product name is mentioned, it should be stated precisely. In this case, I guess it’s meant to be “CRS328-4C-20S-4S+” or “CRS328-24P-4S+”. It’s the same line, but it’s still two products.
