i need to upgrade the license to Level4, my router sxt 2

Can I do that?

Yes. You’ll need to purchase it, handing the Device ID to the reseller, be it Mikrotik or a distributor.

Usually is more worthy to buy a new device which in your case, if you’re going to use it as AP for multiple devices, will bring another benefit: gigabit.

Bear in mind that to set up one PTP, you can set wireless mode of the “ap” end to bridge, and will allow for one station to connect, no need for L4 in that case.

Are you sure that you have no Level4 license ?
https://routerboard.com/RBSXTG-2HnD says that SXT2 is sold with Level4.
Maybe you have SXT2 Lite not full SXT2 ?
