i just upgraded to 2.9.6 from 2.8.2 and the security options seem to be diferent. should i remove the default option and add my own because my network uses wep normally and if i dont use it then i had v to go round changing the settings of my clients
Add a new one, then assign the security profile to the interface.. You don’t have to delete the default, but if you’re not using it then it really doesn’t effect anything.
i v a few customers connected and i am not running hotspot or anymajor services. iwas wondering if i activate hotspot hope i don tv to migrate them all to the service compulsaryly cos i just wanna lunch it and see how well its gonna work for me.
then ill like to know if using it is a good oidea from the start
