Upgrade to 5.x causes 100% cpu with hotspot

When I upgraded from 3.30 or 4.17 to 5.x it caused 100% cpu utilization on my 4b433’s running with a hotspot. When I downgrade to 4.17 or 3.30 the problem remains! WTH

Some of my rb433’s are OK as I tested first before rollout, but now some are exhibiting this behavior and I am not sure how to fix this. Some of these boards are VERY remotely located and it will be exteremely difficult to do an onsite repair.

Use profiler in tool menu to validate what service utilizes CPU

WWW is using up all of the CPU.

I have seen this as well on atleast one unit. The issue persisted through every firmware upgrade and downgrade all the way to 3.x to 5.2.
