I have 2 routers on my network with O/S versions 2.9.46 and 2.9.51 . One for the LAN and the other WAN. I need to upgrade to 3.x.x majorly because I always have a problem of always reactivating my customers ticket when they try relog into into the network after logging out. How do I keep my database and make the change transparent to users and I also need to ascertain the problem will be solved with the upgrade. Can anybody help me out please?

Save backup and save User Manager backup [if you have this]. Upgrade will be transparent for users and take not more than 2 minutes. If you have important traffic you can do upgrade at night [monday or tuesday, when there is no active users].
