I upgraded from like 3.19 to 4.0 beta and now I cannot get a public IP from my DSL modem going to my WAN adapter. It gets a 192.168.0.* ip (anywhere from 0.2-0.5) I’ve tried power cycling both pc and dsl modem with no luck! 
It got a public IP long enough for it to update to the new type of key then it restarted and this issue has been non stop can someone help?!
edit a second power down with longer (>2min) power off solved the issue. Still having problems with my hotspot setup. When I log in it causes the mikrotik to crash/shutdown/restart
