I am about to attempt the upgrade process and i was wondering what the directory in routeros was for (isolinux) and will the upgrade mess with any config file i might have?
I have to do this upgrade at midnight if i have to restart and i have about 1000 people depending on the router to be right back up..
i look forward to using the new proxy though.. i haven’t set one up yet but will be doing so after the upgrade.

so can i just upload routeros-x86-2.9.44.npk via ftp and restart (remotely) correct?
