Upgrading CAP ax

Hi everyone,

Can someone advise me if I misconfigured something or if I am doing something wrong?
I am trying to upgrade the CAP ax. I have downloaded the the packages for it and placed them in files.
Added file path in CAPsMAN where packages are, does seem to do anything and when trying to click update button says it cannot find the files.

ok im only new here mate but I don’t think you can have just packages you need to tell it where so like /disk1/

In the video, he is installing it from a USB drive plugged into the router
/ - is used if files are in the router storage as I understand and nothing more is required.
/packages/ - refers to the folder in the router memory where firmware files are.
I will try to load the files on a USB stick, but I doubt it will work.

why not just log into the cap and use update?? straight from the cap??

yes but your file path isn’t correct u need to tell the setup where packages is ie like c:/ or disk1 or usb1 or what ever the location is internal if that’s where it is
