I am upgrading my network section by section from 3.30 to 4.11 - but today i encountered an issue which i was able to solve, however i am asking is there any prechecks that can done before upgrade,
the issue i had was on a 493UAH, after placing the mipsbe-411.npk packages in the files which on reboot, i was prompted that my licence needed to upgraded - i clicked to upgrade and it reported - ok - but then i lost IP connectivity had to mac-telnet in to discover another message which said “your new licence will not take effect until you reboot and will reboot in 24hours…” - words to that effect?, a simple reboot from terminal solved that but- Now as mentioned is there any per-checks i can conduct to eliminate any upgrading issues??,
