I upgrade my RouterOS and userman but now all left time and start time are missing!
What should I do!!!

I have the same experience.
It doesn’t alsways work to upgrade from V4. Sometimes the information corrects itself after reboot
The other option is to revert to V4 and load the backup database. There should be a file called “userman before migration.umb”.
I just relized one other thing.
Special characters are not allowed in UM5. If you have special characters (.!= etc in V4 so will all excisting accounts stop working and
the imported profiles will show blank.
