Bad start to the week, in that I cannot find the tab to upload new firmware to the RB1200 (its running 5.5). Making me feel very silly!
Ive got the file from the website, where do I upload it?

use FTP to upload to the device, or just drag the file to the “FILES” window if you use Winbox.
