I have historical RB153 with ROS 2.9.38
can i upgrade it to 3.30 or 4.17? Is it problem or not?
I want to do it remotely via windox.

what BIOS do you have?
latest is 2.18 http://www.routerboard.sk/files/firmware/rb153/adm5120-2.18.fwf
upload to files, then
/system routerboard print
and
/system routerboard upgrade
reboot
then upgrade ROS to version 3.30, then update licence key to new (/system licence - update licence key)
then upgrade to 4.17 a then to 5.9
disable or uninstall unused packages
