Upgrading to ver.4.16

Hi guys,
How can I upgrade a Routerboard 411U with OS ver.3.25. to ver. 4.16 step by step apprach please.

of course, upload this package with FTP and then execute the reboot command:

http://download.mikrotik.com/routeros-mipsbe-4.16.npk

and after you have upgraded make sure you do:

/system routerboard print

output is like this:

     routerboard: yes
             model: "750"
     serial-number: "2052018B6489"
  current-firmware: "2.22"
  upgrade-firmware: "2.28"

if you see a newer upgrade-firmware then you should do

/system routerboard upgrade

and then

/system reboot

This seems to often be overlooked by people doing ROS upgrades…
