I have sucessfully set up the router for download bonding with AAISP, using ports one and two, and the remaining ports for LAN. ( I believe there are a few other AAISP clients on here with Mikrotiks) but have yet to suceed in bonding the upload. I have tried Round Robin / Packet marking /Masquerade / NAT but have not been succesful. I have tried out a couple of sample scripts from RB . Though I have failed miserably.
Has anyone got a script or some advice on where I may be going wrong
there are some points we should perhaps talking about first to find a solution for you
so this would be in normal not able to be done by yours alone!
Bonding on the LAN side is also called LAG (LACP) either static or dynamically. Two sites must be allowing and supporting this, the switches and the router also!
And on the WAN side it is also likes the former given example, it must be supported
by your ISP and your router and the most ISPs are selling this as an extra service
to their clients and also mostly for a higher fee or cost! And this method is also not
a real bonding method as in the LAN example above, it is so called MLLLP/MPLS or VPLS
and this options are given by MikroTik RouterOS, but it must be also offered to you
by your ISP too and only then it is working like a charm but not in another way.
