Upload failed.

Having splashed out on an RB433AH one of the things I was looking to use the extra processor power for was running a Dude server.

The 433 is running RouterOS v4.14 and has the Dude 4.0beta3 package installed. However if I try to upload a configuration backup made by a server on an x86, whether in rar or xml format, I get the message “Upload failed: could not write required amount of bytes.”

Any explanations/workrounds?

the first thing that comes to mind is if you have enough space on the RB433AH?

No, I haven’t.

It never occurred to me to check as the Dude package is only 9MB, my basic RouterOs install is only around 30MB and the RAR backup of Dude is only 3.2Mb.

But the 3.2MB backup unpacks to 48MB! Must be a lot of wasted memory somewhere.
