UPnP not working

I’m using RB750 with firmware 2.38

I configured the UPnP and it worked. Bitttorrent managed to dynamically add the port forwarding rules.

Unfortunately I had the bad idea to remove the NAT rules by hand. After this the UPnP isn’t working right.
Of course I tried to solve it by remaking the UPnP settings, by restarting the device, but with no results.

Windows detects the device and that’s all.
I tested with “UPnp Test Program” and it fails to get the external IP address, so the NAT rules can’t by set anymore. I attached the Wireshark capture.

There’s any solution for this issue?
Other that rolling back the settings.

“UPnP Test Program” works only first time, and then need to restart the UPnP service on the router. The author of “UPnP Test Program” note:

The router is not broadcasting it’s UPnP capabilities often enough. You may find after a while UPnP starts working, this is why. Some routers allow you to change the interval the UPnP data is sent, other have it set to stupidly high numbers.
