UPS themselves are supported, just plug it in and that’s all. what you won’tbe able to do is monitor it. we do not have plans to support other manufacturer’s protocols.
Then why offer the UPS package at all? Again with the one-vendor-to-rule-them-all attitude…
if UPS producers cannot agree and create unified protocol to gather basic monitoring info - thats their attitude.
do not ask here - we need support for UPS A, UPS B, UPS i did it again etc.
ask mustek and others to behave as normal (decent) ppl do.
right now it is like one bloke thought about putting battery in plastic casing - wrote some crappy “thing” in controller, added some nasty beeper and here we go - new UPS model/manufacturer to support. CRAP.
