I recently deployed a city-wide hotspot and using Mikrotik Hotspot + User manager for billing/authentication. everything appears to be working very well until a customer drew my attention to the fact that even when you successfully logout a ticket, the uptime continues to countdown (decreases until it finishes). For example a customer buys a 3hr ticket and logs out after 1hr, when he tries to use the ticket 3hrs later will discover the ticket uptime has exhausted and he simply receives “uptime Limit Reached”. I have confirmed it is true!
I have tried creating tickets thus:

credit 1hour (1h), uptime 5days (5d) -
credit 5days (5d), uptime 1hour (1hr)
They both gave the same result.
Can anyone help me out please? It has been a very big headache for me.
