je suis jeune étudiant en Télécom et Réseaux et je fais mes premiers pas sur la technologie Mikrotik. en stage je présentement je dois déployer un hotspot pour un Cyber. déja le hotspot fonctionne mais en utilisant UserManager pour la gestion des utilisateurs, je suis confronté à deux problèmes:
1- la connexion n’est pas rompue lorsque le temps imparti à un utilisateur arrive à terme
2- peut-on attribuer plusieurs profil à un utilisateur (par exemple: profil1-Rx1536k;Tx1024k dans l’espace temps 10h-12h et profil2- Rx1024k;Tx512k dans l’espace temps 12h-19h)? Dans ce cas si j’ai essayé mais il faut d’abord que l’utilisateur se déconnecte puis se reconnecte pour être pris en compte dans le nouveau profil ou limitation
s’il vous plait quelqu’un peut-il m’aider? c’est urgent je dois le déployer dans quelques jours.

I am young student in Telecom and Networking and I am doing my first steps on Mikrotik technology. I am presently an internship I have to deploy an hotspot for Internet. till now, I’ve configured the hotspot and it’s fonctionning. Using UserManager to manage user’s time and bandwight, I am facing two problems:
1 - the connection is not disrupted when the time assign to a user comes to an end
2 - it possible to attribute several profiles to a user (eg profile1-Rx1536k; Tx1024k in space and time 03pm-05pm - profil2 Rx1024k; Tx512k in the time 05pm-08pm)? In this case if possible,can it be automatically? because I tried it but the user must first be disconnected and then reconnected to be included in the new/following profile or limitation
Please can someone help me? it’s urgent I have to deploy it in a few days.
