Urgent: disconnected, unicast key exchange timeout

I experiencing this problem:

11:22:38 wireless,info D4:CA:6D:xx:xx:xx@wlan2: connected, is AP, wants WDS
11:22:48 wireless,info D4:CA:6D:xx:xx:xx@wlan2: disconnected, unicast key exchange timeout

All Mikrotik hardware, 5GHz band, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK, AES only, ROS 5.24

I need urgent help, because my network is down!

You ever get this resolved? Having the same issues.
