I am seeking assistance with configuring the hotspot service on my CCR2004 router running RouterOS version 7.15.2. The hotspot service is set up on VLAN 111. However, when devices connect, they are not being redirected to the MikroTik portal as expected. Instead, when I put a device in bypass mode and enter the router’s address, the WebFig page opens.
I have other devices running this service on version 7.13.4 without issues. I attempted a downgrade, but it did not resolve the problem.
Could anyone please guide me on where I might be going wrong? Below, I am including the configuration of my hotspot for your reference.
