Urgent help//setup Gre tunel with mikrotik behind nat router

Hi ,

i have the topology as below :

lan-----mikrotik-----------router 1----------internet---------–branch router

i want to make GRE tunnel between mikrotik & branch router .

there is DMZ on <<router 1>> to the private ip of mikrotik

i setup a gre on branch router , but im asking here
wt do i need to do from the mikrotik side ???

ive configured gre with src of <private ip< and destination with public ip of

i also configure gre interface with subnet with is local to the ip gre interface of the branch router local ip gre

but still , branches cant bing local branches gre ips !!!
it seems tunnel is down !!

any help ?
i followed that video , but no luck !
