I don’t see why not.
It’s sold as a 5 port router so the sfp port would be shared since it’s the “6th” port. So you can use either the SFP or the RJ45 port, not both.
EDIT: Turns out this is not the case. Seems strange that they market it as a 5 port device when the block diagram confirms it’s a 6 port device.
On the product page it doesn’t say anywhere that the SFP port is shared nor it has a block diagram to confirm how the SFP port is actually connected.

The model is RB960 meaning the 9th series with 6 wired interfaces and 0 wireless interfaces.

Which is true.. as I need to use SFP and use port one for only power in. Can someone from mikrotik answer please?

The PowerBox Pro (RB960PGS-PB) has the same board inside as hEX PoE (RB960PGS) does, it’s just the housing that differs. You can find the block diagram for both devices here.
All ports are completely independent, i.e. you can use all 6 ports for whatever purpose you need at the same time.
