I have hikvision DVR 7216 which connected to the internet through Mikrotik (RB951G) (its IP 192.168.88.1) , and the Mikrotik connected to the internet via outdoor antenna (its ip 192.168.88.1) . The ISP doesn’t have a public IP, that’s why I enabled DDNS (HiDDNS) to be able to access my DVRs from the internet.
the problem is even when I tried to port forwarding my ports and checking them by http://canyouseeme.org/ website , it tells me that thr ports not open, and I can’t enter to my DVR remotely over the internet.
once I try to enter to my DVR by typing the URL in my browser http://eu.hiddns.com/??? give me the following message
This site can’t be reached.
I went to my ISP and he port forwarded the ports that I assigned to the http and server port in my DVDs and he told me that every thing is OK , but when I tried to port forwarded my routerboard by (ip-firewaal NAT - GENERAL - add chain -dstnat protocol tcp des.port the port assigned in my DVR ACTION dst-nat to address ( the ip address of my DVR to port (the port assigned in my DVR) NOTHING CHANGE…even when I try to enter to my DVR IP address with new port locally , I should writhe its IP followed by colon and port No. .
is there anyway can I reach my DVRs remotly over the internet
