The reason for this topic is as follows:
We have a Mikrotik RB951 router, which for some reason is blocking my access to the page: bse.com.uy, since it works correctly outside the network.
I am new to the Mikrotik world and I am just getting familiar with the device, I have already done some configuration but relatively basic things.
I already made the following 2 settings and it still doesn’t work:

I also ran CCleaner and added the web to safe sites.
I clarify that we do not have any additional Proxy, so I deduce that the Router is blocking this website.
