USA AT&T & (lm940 or lte6) and differ IP addressation from ISP

Hello,

I help one of the forum user and we reach point what I cannot check easy.
Maybe someone have some knowledge with AT&T as ISP and his routing.

RBLHGR with ROS 6.47beta35
r11e-LTE6 with default firmware v20
Telit LM940 with AT&T firmware 24.01.544 (Bold 4 means AT&T internal Firmware).
APN: broadband (but we test other like “NXTGENPHONE” or “phone”)
We test two SIM - the same schema.

Problem description:
r11e-LTE6 have other IP Address and Routing then LM940.
LTE6 have working internet but LM940 only can ping the next-hop/gateway itself.

Details:

  1. At RBLHGR 6.47beta35 + R11e-LTE6_V020 we get:
    IPv4 Address:
    1 D 10.115.47.6/32 10.115.47.6 lte1
    IP Route:
    0 ADS dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 gateway=lte1 gateway-status=lte1 reachable distance=2 scope=30 target-scope=10
    1 ADC dst-address=10.115.47.6/32 pref-src=10.115.47.6 gateway=lte1 gateway-status=lte1 reachable distance=0 scope=10

  2. At RBLHGR 6.47beta35 + Telit LM940 we get:
    IPv4 Address:
    1 D 192.168.225.11/32 192.168.225.1 lte1
    IP Route:
    0 ADS dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 gateway=192.168.225.1 gateway-status=192.168.225.1 reachable via lte1 distance=2 scope=30 target-scope=10
    2 ADC dst-address=192.168.225.1/32 pref-src=192.168.225.11 gateway=lte1 gateway-status=lte1 reachable distance=0 scope=10
    3 ADC dst-address=192.168.225.11/32 pref-src=192.168.225.11 gateway=lte1 gateway-status=lte1 reachable distance=0 scope=10

I hope somebody can give clue what to do..
I’ve got some ideas like use manual the address with /24 but which one of them, 192.168.225.11/24 or 10.115.47.6/24.
End user call to infoline and chat with ISP… but he not receive any clue.

I am in stop point.

P.S. IP and Routing print’s are from “Supout.rif reader” at mikrotik.com/client/supout .

We receive this message:

AT&T Free Msg: It looks like you want to use data but have none available. You may need to add a data package or change to a plan that supports data for your device. To check your plan and manage your account

Maybe some one know what this means ?
AT&T Support give us info, you must use APN: NXTGENPHONE and no more other info :frowning:

Solution: not use a SIM card who have a Plan for MOBILE.
AT&T detect some IMEI (lte modules modems) and just not give them internet because they are not MOBILE.

Buy a “Tablet Plan” who will be working. Working at more bad bands and that’s why we move to Sprint who merge with T-Mobile and this will be best deal to use.
