HELLO.
I have an usb wifi antenna connected to my ltpap6.
I can see the ralink device with linux driver in system->recources.
how do I get it feed internet in the router?
what interface do i need to add?
Thanks,
VESPUCCI
I don’t think this is supported.
Happy to be proven wrong but even on X86 or CHR they don’t react well to USB devices.
I already read about this, but I am wondering why it is loading the drivers when I connect the USB?
Device Vendor Name Serial Number Speed
1-0 Linux 3.3.5 xhci-hcd xHCI Host Controller ralink-xhci 480
1-1 MikroTik R11e-LTE6 000000000000 480
1-2 Ralink 802.11 n WLAN 1.0 480
2-0 Linux 3.3.5 xhci-hcd xHCI Host Controller ralink-xhci 5000
It’s not loading drivers, it’s just showing name instead of numerical IDs. Unlike in Windows (where drivers provide device names), in Linux (and ROS is on top of Linux) there’s a text file, a database of USB (and PCI) IDs and mapping to device names. And this file has no relation to drivers on the device (present or missing) what so ever.
