USB Connection Sierra Wireless 7710 Direct IP

Hi,
I have got a problem, with my mAp and a Sierra Wireless 7710 modem, connected with USB to the router.

First of all, it worked out of the box half a year ago.
I connected the modem, the LTE interface registered, I created a new DHCP client and I got my Ip Adress.
All was done with Direct IP.

Then I took the modem and started a project with a raspberry pi, So I had to change the USB interfaces with AT!UDUSBCOMP und upgraded the firmware to SWI9200X 03.05.24.

I finished my project and connected the modem to my mAp and reverted my USB Interfaces back to HIP,DM,NMEA,AT,MDM1,NIC1,MS
The Interfaces shows me an LTE interface but

LTE Info gives me my IMEI, IMSI, UICC and Model Name, but no information about RSSI RSRP ,current operator etc.
LTE Scan gives the error “Configuration running”
DHCP client renew says “interface is not running”.

The Sierra Wireless 7710 driver is loaded, port gives my an usb 1 device.
Firmware directory is firmware, Ignore Direct IP Modem is unchecked.
Logging shows that the router sends out AT commands to the modem and they are all answered with ok.
Router OS is 6.37.3.

I hope anybody can help me.

Thx
