USB Device Lives On & Not Able to Be Removed

After removing my mobile phone from Microtik CCR1036-12G-4S, USB port, the RouterOS always show it, no matter i reboot CCR1036,
shut if off and turn on, reset USB power, restore whole system from backup, it just stays there not able to be removed.

I Google the post on 2014, said the only way is to do netinstall, but the tutorial link gone. After 10 years, still only way is to netinstall to remove a plug and play usb device? Any help, please?

This is the “usb root hub”, the router side of the USB bus. It was always there, also before you connected your phone. You cannot remove it.
