USB port not detected in RBM33G

Greetings to all forum members and Happy New Year to everyone!

Perhaps the question has been discussed, but it is not clear to me and I cannot find ready-made answers. I have several RBM33G boards. On some of them, the USB port is detected normally. On some, it simply isn’t there.
Neither the ROS upgrade, nor the removal/installation of jumper J7, nor the command like:

/system routerboard usb set type=USB-type-A
/system reboot

ROS version 6.49.10 long term

/port print



serial0
serial1

I haven’t tried Netinstall yet…

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

It seems to me that the problem is that for RBM, defined as type RBM33Gr2, the USB port is detected normally, but the first version of boards, defined as simply RBM33G, has just such a problem. But this is just my guess for now.
