Use mikrotik to merge , routing , firewall and accounting

Hi,
in our office our employees connect with wifi and lan to a 172.17.16.x and internet networks. now i want to create a hotspot and manage user usages by some accounting way . but i want they can to access to 172.17… network without accounting limit and access to internet via mikrotik accounting simultaneously .
is this possible with mikrotik ?
any suggestion ?!!
