Use USB storage to expand Internal Storage?

Hi All,

Wondering if its possible to use USB storage to expand Internal Storage? I want to install “The Dude” package, but I only have 4% free of the 16MB Flash on my RBD53GR-5HacD2HnD.
If I try and install the Dude server package - I get an error - “upgrade failed, free 705 kB disk space for a (null)upgrade”.

I only use the base RouterOS 7.11.2 package, and zerotier.

I am interested in same. I have Hap ac2 with base package and wifi-qcom-ac and i want to install zerotier but i have not enough space left on device. I would like to install zerotier package on usb drive but i don’t know how.

For several reasons (security being the really important one) I doubt this is ever going to be done.
