User Authentication and IP Adresses

Hi,

I am new to Mikrotik Router OS but I have managed to configure the hotspot.
How ever I have one small issue.
When a user logs into the hotspot network, any other user who tries to log in whilst the first user is logged in automatically get logged in without being prompted for credentials.

Any help to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

If they are using the same user credentials, check IP > Hotspot > Users Profiles if the profile that user is using has a “Shared Users” number set.

Hi, Thanks for the reply,

I tried creating a user profile with the setting of Shared Users set to 1 but it was still the same problem.
I tried disabling the Shared Users setting it but still the same problem.

Any advice?
