User bandwidth

Hello,

I am thinking about buying a MikroTik router or using the RouterOS because I have an issue with users abusing our network and probably downloading torrents etc.

I would like to:
1- Manage the bandwidth usage and set max for users (per username?)
2- Identify my current abusers and provide proof of their illegal activity.
3- ensure that everyone has his fair share of our limited and expensive internet connection.

configure your network with radius manager ( available in market with track report of users) and hotspot that’s it all problem will be solve from this.
