i am using Queues to manage bandwidth for my users.i want to block my users on monthly basis, like every 5th date of month
user must be disabled from Queue or his Download rate shd be reduced to 1k in order to block the data flow on their ip.

just reduce the bandwidth of all users’ queues to 1k on 5th day of month?..
actually when i set max Download Limit to 1k, that allows only 1kb traffic on tht specific IP, which really does’nt open the pages. and user gets No website found ..
Means. bandwidth assigned is 1kb, while normal working users are getting 512kbps speed.
and to block the users internet i set it to 1kbps.
thts what i want or i want the user’s ip entry to disabled to stop users internet.

the attachment ll show u most of the users r set to 1kb. just to slow down the traffic rate. …working 1’s r set to 700k .unlimited 200 ..according to their selected packages
