user can change the password through user manger

Dear brothers

i would like to get ready web template for hotspot users where the hotspot user can change his password

i found this

but it is defficalt to understand

and also would like to create a hotspot user for year and each month he has limit of download (example 6GB)
so if he exceed the limit of 6Gb in that month he should be waiting for next month to use the internet again with same limitation

how can i do that in Usermanger ??

Use User MAnager user page,

User can login and change settings.
