Some of my hotspot users will be logged out for user-credit reached reason after CoA update at 00:00 time for recharge daily usage credit.
I contact more with radius supplier and they said its mikrotik bug.
can anybody help me ?

Hi, it depends what sofware are you using.
We have https://splynx.com working fine with COA and no issues with it. Mikrotik has sometimes bugs, like in Radius with 6.39.0 version, but they fix quite it quickly

I have examined documentation of Splynx for CoA and I think they use CoA just for speed limiting or disconnecting user sessions.
TekRADIUS uses CoA for more complicated purposes. TekRADIUS sends Mikrotik-Total-Limit in RADIUS authorization responses or COA requests after periodic credit update to put a limit
in transferred amount of data. Mikrotik sometimes disconnects user sessions as soon as receiving a CoA request with Mikrotik-Total-Limit or disconnects user session prior to
consume all authorized amount of data with Mikrotik-Total-Limit
