I have a new MikroTik RouterBOARD RB2011UAS-2HnD-IN and have set it up with two hotspot AP’s in a campground.
Currently we have set our users to have an Unlimited time profile under UserManager, and also with a 7d idle cookie expire time in the MikroTik/Hotspot configuration. Everything has worked great until recently. We have had a few customers go home for a few days, come back, and when they try to login it says it is an invalid login.
However, I can take another computer, use their same credentials and it works. Have any of you guys seen this before? Or might know the problem? Or at least know if its the router configuration or their computer?
